To limit the categories used to generate the report, click Categories. The
Categories dialog appears:
The selection list contains all categories
created in System Setup and the number
of copies assigned to each.
For instructions on adding or removing
categories, see Increasing access to your
collection with categories" on page 52.
If you want to limit the list to copies with specific categories, click Selected
Categories, and then highlight each category you want to include. After selecting
the desired category options, click OK.
