Indicates failure to read the small form-factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver on the specified interface.
Recommended
Action
Disable the interface using the shutdown command and re-insert the SFP transceiver. After the SFP
transceiver is inserted, re-enable the interface using the no shutdown command. If the problem persists,
contact your switch service provider.
