4 The Fuzzy Database Options dialog box allows you to select the referenced
import file and make other settings.

Browse to the file you want to use as the database.

In the Import Options area, if the input file contains the column headers in
the first line select “First line contains caption.”
Select the fields you want to use. If the input data file contains more columns
than necessary, select only the ones that are needed and leave the others
unselected.

Click OK to save the settings and make the database available for the project.

Once the database is added to the project, it can be immediately used with a
Database Locator to match items from a document.
