Table models
Click this button to open the Project Settings dialog box Tables tab where
you can define or edit table models. For more information on how to set up a
table see Extraction – Table Locator.
Select detection method
There are two methods that can be used to locate tables on a document:
Automatic or Manual. Depending on the method, different tabs are enabled.
Automatic
Select this method if you want the Table Locator to search the document for
tables and automatically identify them.
Manual
Select this method if you want to manually define the table for the locator.
This saves processing time but only works if the table is the same on all the
documents processed by the locator.
Select order number locator
If you have a collective invoice that is an invoice referring to several orders, line
items in the table might be grouped by order or delivery note numbers
(interleaved in the table).
Search for interleaved order numbers
Select this option if you want the Table Locator to find and identify numbers
interleaved in the table. If you enable this option you must also specify an
appropriate locator, for example a format locator.
Threshold
Specify a minimum threshold for the results. Only results from the selected
locator with a confidence higher than this threshold will be used.
Order number
Select this option if the interleaved numbers are order numbers.
Delivery note numbers
Select this option if the interleaved numbers are delivery note numbers.
Automatic Table Extraction
This area is only enabled if you have selected the Automatic detection method.
Select amount locator
Select a format locator, for example a format locator that finds amounts on the
invoice.
