Choose a table model for this table field from the list.
Column Settings (Formatting and Validation)
After the table model is selected, the corresponding table columns are shown.
Model Column
Displays the name of the column as specified in the table model.
Column Formatting
For each column, you can choose a field formatter from the list of available field
formatters.
Confirm
Select to force the user to confirm the value for this column for each row by
pressing “Enter” in the Validation module.
Always Valid
Select this option if manual confirmation for the column is never required during
validation.
Reread
The reread option allows zone recognition for a field using a specialized OCR
profile, such as, for example, recognizing an amount using a numeric profile. As
a precondition, extraction must have a valid cell location from the table locator.
By default, rereading is not performed. To enable this option, select an OCR
profile from the list in the Reread column. This profile will be used if it is
necessary to reread the document. The result of the zone recognizer replaces the
original result if the minimum reread confidence is reached.
Note
In addition, a script event (<FieldName>_AfterFieldReread) is available to
control which value is used as the field result.
Validation
Select a table column from the list if you want to calculate the sum of the rows for
that column. If you do not need a table sum, select <No table sum>.
Select “Allow empty tables” if a table on a document may be empty. By default it is
not selected.
Reread Options
To change an existing OCR profile, or add additional ones, click OCR profiles. The
minimum confidence value is used for all columns for which Reread is activated.
