Filter New Samples – displays the Training Documents
filter by dialog box where you can select different Filter
Options for the sample set.
Add to Training Set of Selected Class
3 Use for Layout Classification - adds the document to
the layout classification training set of the currently
selected class.
3 Use for Content Classification - adds the document to
the content classification training set of the currently
selected class.
3 Use for Both Classification Types - adds the
document to the layout and the content classification
training set of the currently selected class.
3 Use for Extraction - displays the Edit Document
dialog box where you can train the group locator
fields. If the fields are disabled, you need the change to
the class where the field group locator is defined.
Train for Extraction – displays the Edit Document dialog
box where you can train the fields of the documents in
the list.
Create Class and Table Locator – creates a new class
according to the settings made for the “Create new class
and table locator” dialog box, and adds the selected
document to the default training set (default training set
folder) of this new class for the layout classification.
Furthermore a new table locator is added for this class
that uses the table definitions provided in validation. In
validation you add the table manually by adding rows
and filling its fields by selecting the content from the
document. The geometrical data is stored and will be
reused in Project Builder.
If you have selected the option ‘no. Learn Docs’ then you
can see that the number is increased.
Change State To Completed – Changes the status of the
currently selected document to “complete” and adds a
check mark in front of the file in the list.
