Relevance
Set the relevance value for the instruction. If an instruction consists of several
phrases, all parts of the instruction must be found on the document.
The relevance values for all the instructions that are found in the document are
added up, and yield the classification result.
Phrases
This list displays all the phrases the instruction contains. To modify a phrase double
click the phrase in the list of phrases. The Modify phrase dialog box is displayed
where you can edit the phrase.
Note
A phrase that is defined as “Not” is marked with an exclamation mark, “!”.
Phrases Toolbar
Toolbar Buttons Description
Adds a new phrase to the list of phrases.
Deletes the currently selected phrase from the list of phrases.
Click this button to toggle the “Not” value for the currently
selected phrase. If “Not” is assigned, the phrase must not be
found in the document.
Buttons
Apply
Click this button to save your settings without closing the dialog box.
New
Click this button to create a new instruction. A new phrase is added to the list of
phrases. Then, enter the name of the phrase.
Close
Click this button to save your settings and close the dialog box.
