Click Yes to close the valid batch and select another batch to open. Click No to open
the batch.
If no batches are ready for validation, the following message displays:

Batch Editing
During validation, the batch content is displayed as a tree. The batch tree can be used
for navigation purposes. It can also be used to edit the batch and to manage the
documents, folders, and batch structure. For example, you can delete or combine
documents, create a folder for a document (if a folder class is available in the batch
class), or move a page from one document to another. Drag and drop functionality is
provided, but multi-selection is not allowed during drag and drop operations.
To allow batch editing in the Validation module, the batch editing option must be
enabled in the Synchronization tool for the batch class.
To get in batch editing mode, select Batch | Edit Batch or click Edit Batch on the
Batch toolbar. The validation form changes showing the viewer with the document
page, and the batch tree is set to multi-selection mode. You may toggle the viewer
panel by selecting Edit | Edit Batch to show the validation form instead.
