This button is only available when the selected document class is assigned to
an Ascent Xtrata Pro class that contains extraction fields.
• Create new index field for all extraction fields and assign it: Creates a new
index field for each extraction field and automatically assigns them. The index
fields are named with the names of the extraction fields. The new fields are
also added to the list of available fields.

Note The icons for new index fields are marked with an asterisk until they are saved
to Ascent Capture in the synchronization step. If synchronization is not performed,
the new fields are discarded when the Synchronization tool is closed.
Extraction fields that are not assigned to index fields are processed during extraction,
but the results are not returned to Ascent Capture.
Manually Assigning Existing Index Fields to Extraction Fields
All the existing index fields are available in a list in the Index Field column. If index
fields are available, select an index field to assign it to the extraction field.

If you want to remove an extraction field assignment, select <none> from the list.
