Reject Documents or Pages

You can reject a document (page) by selecting Document (Page) | Reject from the
main menu; or by selecting Reject from the context menu of the document or page of
the Batch Content panel. Those menu items are only available when you have
selected a document or page within the Batch Content panel. If you reject a page or
document, it will typically be routed to the Quality Control module after the batch is
closed. However, if you have activated partial batch release for the batch class, only
rejected documents will be remain in the batch that is send to Quality Control.

Upon rejecting a document or page, a dialog box will display where you can enter a
note giving the reason it was rejected. Either select a predefined note from the drop
down list or type a note in the text field.
