If you click Yes, the currently selected form type is assigned to each class in the tree
below the selected class.

Changing Existing Projects

Any changes that are applied to the original project after synchronization will be
displayed in the tree of the classification project, for example if new classes are
added. Those you have to assign to a form type and fields have to be mapped to
index fields. In the end process synchronization..

However, changes to the project only become effective if the batch class is
resynchronized with the project and then republished in Ascent Capture. Batches
already in the system are not impacted and continue to use the previous settings
until they are released or deleted.

Note that it is possible to load a different project for an already synchronized batch
class. However, doing so will delete your current synchronization definitions. If you
attempt to do so, a warning message displays.

If you click Yes, your current synchronization definitions will be lost. Document
classes and form types that have already been defined will be retained in Ascent
Capture.

Manually Adding or Changing Elements

You can manually modify the Ascent Capture batch class by using commands from
the Synchronization tool’s Edit menu or from the context menus for the form types
and document classes listed in the right panel of the Synchronization tool.
