Rotate Clockwise – rotates the image of the document 90 degrees
clockwise.
Rotate Counter clockwise – rotates the image of the document 90
degrees counter clockwise.
No Highlighting– turns off highlighting of the extracted results.
Display Results – turns on highlighting of the extracted results.
Zoom In – enlarges the scale of the document image.
Zoom Out – reduces the scale of the document image.
Best Fit – scales the document image to fit the viewer window.
Contents – view the online Help topic for this dialog box.
The Fields Pane
The Fields pane shows the fields in the document. To assign a value to a field, select
the field and move the mouse to the corresponding value on the document in the
viewer pane. A tool tip indicates the currently selected field and the value extracted
from the document by the OCR engine.
Note
An extracted value may be incomplete, such as a date value that is divided into
several parts. In this case, you can assign the complete value by drawing a rectangle
around the entire item.
You can validate the integrity of the document by clicking Validate Document in the
toolbar. This checks any defined formatting and relationship rules for the fields, and
displays any errors in the status bar.
Import Knowledge Base Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to import existing knowledge bases into the current project.
