No. Learn Docs - displays the number of documents added to the training
set of the class.

No. Defined Fields - displays “TRUE” if an inherited locator method was
changed for a field or a new locator method was assigned to an inherited
field. If only inherited settings are used “FALSE” is displayed.

Field Count - displays the total number of fields of the class, inherited
fields are included.

Class ID - displays the internal unique class ID for a class. This
identification number is not changed, even if a class is renamed.

The Project menu:

• Add Class – adds a new class to the class tree.
• Cut – cuts a class from the class tree. (You can use Paste to insert the class in a

different location in the tree.)

• Paste – pastes a cut class as a subclass of the currently selected class.
• Rename Class – puts the name of the class in edit mode, so you can edit the

name of the class.

• Delete Class – deletes the currently selected class from the tree.
• Class Properties – opens the Class Properties dialog box, from which you can

review or edit the class settings.

• Project Settings – opens the Project Settings dialog box, from which you can

review or edit the project settings.

The Process menu:

• Train project – if a Layout or Content classifier has been added to the project

and the classes contain training documents, this will train the classifier. Use
this whenever you make changes to any of the classifiers.

• Perform OCR on Document – performs text recognition for the currently

selected document using the default profile for the OCR settings.

• Perform OCR on Folder – performs text recognition for all documents in the

currently selected folder using the default profile for the OCR settings.

• Classify Document – classifies the currently selected document.
• Classify Folder – classifies all documents in the currently selected folder.
• Extract Selected Document –extracts the currently selected document.
