You can either select words from the header line in the snippet (a menu
appears where you can select the column) or you can simply type the
keywords in the list at the top.

Navigate to the next document, and repeat until all possible keywords for all
columns are listed.
At any time you may click the “What to do” and the “How to do it” tab, to get
information on accomplishing the goal of creating an effective language package for
the current language.
Re-using language packages
You need to create a language package only once. Language Packages can easily be
exported and then imported into other projects.
X To export a language package

Open the Project Settings dialog box and select the Tables tab.

Select a language package from the Language Packages panel that you want
to export.
3 Click Export from the Language Packages toolbar.
