Mapping Database fields to locator results
After specifying the import file, all the fields will be available in the left column of
the mapping grid. A list of available locators will be shown in the second column.
For each database field you can have a corresponding locator field and field type.
There are five field types; Zip, City, Street, Numeric, and Other text. It is important to
map at least the Zip and City fields; otherwise the evaluator will not work.
Furthermore, you cannot map more than one zip, city or street to the database fields.
Minimal Confidence
Set the minimal confidence levels for the Other Text and the Numeric Field values. In
case the minimal confidence is reached, the database fields are used to fill the
extraction fields, otherwise the OCR result extracted from the document is overtaken
to fill the extraction fields.
For all other field types the user can not set the confidence which result, either the
OCR result or the content of the database, is used to fill the corresponding extraction
field.
