Interface Language

The language of the graphical user interface depends on the language set in Project
Builder. If Project Builder is not available, the default language (English) is used. To
change the language, open Project Builder, select Tools | Select Language, then
choose a language from the list in the Application Language dialog box.

Polling Interval

As an unattended module, Ascent Xtrata Pro Server requires no user intervention to
process batches. Once started, it automatically checks (or polls) for batches to process.
The polling interval is the amount of time (in seconds) between polling times.

X

To set the polling interval

Understanding the Log File

Event messages are displayed in the Event Log frame and are saved to event log files.
The event log automatically scrolls. Double-clicking an entry opens the full error
message in a message box.

Note

Ascent Capture errors that occur during server processing are only logged for

this log file and do not appear in the Ascent Capture error log.
