Enter the number of the function you want to perform.
(Hit the <RETURN> key to EXIT)
9 Type 1 and press [Return] to add a printer.
You are prompted to enter the printer name.

Enter printer name:
10 Type the name you wish to use to refer to the printer and press
[Return].
The name can be up to 14 characters in length and should not
include any spaces.
You are prompted to enter the port number.
