Installing the Drive Module
This chapter describes how to install the ControlLogix
Drive module.
Noting the Power
Requirements This module receives power from the 1756 chassis power supply and
requires 2 sources of power from the backplane:
•
1.35A at 5.1V dc
•
3.0mA at 24V dc
Account for this power consumption (6.96W) in addition to the
requirements of all other modules in the chassis to prevent
overloading the power supply.
