6 PPP and MP configuration
Step 1
Check the current MP status by using the
display ppp mp
command. The interfaces that are
bound to the same MP should adopt the same binding method. Otherwise, the system regards
them as two different MP bindings.
Step 2
Check the binding modes of the interface on Router A. Set the sub-interfaces that connect
Router A with Router B and Router C respectively at the different interface boards, or change
the VT interface index in Router A.
Step 3
Check information about the interface by using the
display interface
command. Check
whether the configured parameters are validated. If not, use the
shutdown
command and the
undo shutdown
command in the bound VT physical interface view.
