10.11.1 Clearing the ATM interface statistics

After you confirm the clearing of the ATM interface statistics, run the reset command in the
user view.

10.11.2 Setting loopback to detect if the interface is normal

A

Setting the loopback (running the loopback command) causes the interfaces of the router or

the links to not work normally. Confirm the action before you set the loopback to detect the

interface.

When the router is faulty, set the local loopback to detect if the interface works normally. To

set the local loopback function, run the following commands in the interface view.
