Networking requirements
As shown in Figure 8-6, you directly connect two routers through a serial interface. Router A
works in the FR DCE mode, and Router B works in the FR DTE mode.

Configuration roadmap
The configuration roadmap is as follows:
1. Configure the link protocol to FR.
