Note: For ‘E’, ‘I’, ‘T’ error conditions

And ‘Z’, ‘O’, ‘U’ are overwritten.
<r> Range (‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, etc.) always ‘1’ for single range scales
<n> Gross/net Status
‘G’ Gross weight
