Use this command to set the candidate rp.

To remove the candidate rp, use the no from of this command.

Command Syntax

ip pim rp-candidate interface [interval <interval>] [priority <priority>] [group-list access-list]

no ip pim rp-candidate

interface: the name of the interface to be the candidate rp

interval :<1-16383> C-RP advertisement interval in seconds

priority : <0-255> Candidate-RP priority

access-list: Group ranges for this C-RP
