Defaults

The default is 15 seconds.

In the following example, the ldp hold-time command is used to set the

hold-time value after which the LSR rejects adjacencies:

Switch # configure terminal

Switch (config)# interface eth-0-1

Use this command to set the interval for sending keep-alive messages to the

peer in order to maintain a session. Use the no parameter to revert to the

keep-alive interval set for the main LDP process.
