3.5 Terminal Cover

Follow the procedure below to remove the terminal cover for wiring and to reattach the terminal cover after wiring is
complete.

Models 2A03P5 to 2A0028, 4A03P5 to 4A0028 (IP20/NEMA Type 1)

Removing the Terminal Cover

Loosen the terminal cover screw using a #2 Phillips screwdriver. Screw sizes vary by regenerative unit model.
Then, push in on the tab located on the bottom of the terminal cover and gently pull forward to remove the terminal cover.

Reattaching the Terminal Cover

Power lines and signal wiring should pass through the opening provided. Refer to

Wiring the Main Circuit Terminal on

page 56

and

Wiring the Control Circuit Terminal on page 61

for details on wiring.

Reattach the terminal cover after completing the wiring to the regenerative unit and other devices.

<1> Connect ground wiring first, followed by the main circuit, and then wire the control circuit. Power lines and signal wiring

exit through the opening provided.
