Programming
sequence

1.

Start by programming each method that will be used in the
sequence,

see "Programming method", page 138

.

2.

If you are using a Sample Changer, declare the model of sample
changer used (SAC80 or SAC850) in the Configuration menu.
Depending on the model of sample changer used, enter the sam-
ple changer
configuration parameters.

3.

Press 3 Sequence/Sample stack in the Main window.

4.

At the line ID, enter a name for the sequence.

5.

For Skip empty position, select whether you want or
not the sample changer to skip to the next beaker if an empty
position is found. If you answer No, 3 options are offered if an
empty position is found: restart the analysis in the same beaker,
skip to the next beaker or end the analysis.

6.

If you have defined a printer in the Setup > Configuration menu,
select for Print in table, if you want to print all the
sequence results in a table (one line per method) or to print the
results method by method (one frame per method).

7.

Press 3 Edit sequence then edit the sequence.

Press 1 Sample stack then edit the sample stack,
