p4: SP high-limit EU (0.0 to 100.0%)

p3: Hysteresis EUS (The hystersis range is the

range of values that results from multiplying the

measurement span by 0.0 to 10.0%. However,

when the alarm type is output high-limit or output

low-limit, the range is 0.0 to 10.0% as-is.)
