• Example in which the 2 nd segment of the 1 st loop is a soak segment
When set to ramp-prioritized PV1 start, the ramp-rate of the 1 st loop is prioritized. The
program operation start point of the 1 st loop will be point C1, D1, or E1 (depends on
the PV position a to e at that point). The program operation start point of the 2 nd loop
(one of the other loops) is at the same time as that of the 1 st loop. For example, if the
program operation start point of the 1 st loop is point C1, the program operation start
point of the 2 nd loop is point C2.
