VoltageFdbk Loss

A loss of motor or DC Bus voltage feedback has occurred because of a
communication failure between Motor Control and Voltage Feedback board.

Check the communication line between Motor

Control (MC) and the Voltage Feedback board.

Replace the Voltage Feedback board.
