Quick Builder Configuration
Modbus Plus channel configuration in Quick Builder has changed.
The Adapter number can now be optionally specified in the Port
Name field (instead of leaving this field blank).
•
Board0 corresponds to Adapter 0 (Device 0)
•
Board1 corresponds to Adapter 1 (Device 1)
•
Board2 corresponds to Adapter 2 (Device 2)
•
If Port Name is blank then Adapter 0 is assumed for a
non-redundant channel.
•
If Port Name is blank then Adapters 0 & 1 are assumed for a
redundant channel
•
If Adapter number is specified in Port Name then a redundant
channel cannot be configured.
