Mode 6 Inbound and Outbound
Gateway access (with forced
DTR) Inbound and Outbound Gateway protocol:
The DAC operation is identical to mode 4 except
that DTR is always forced ON (except during
disconnect). The establishment of the outbound
call does not require DCD to be driven ON by the
Gateway.
Call disconnection:
Disconnection is identical to mode 4 except that
when a call is released, the DAC turns DTR OFF
for 0.2 second and then ON. DTR stays ON until
the next call release.
Mode 7 Inbound Hotline Gateway
access (with forced DTR) Inbound Hotline Gateway protocol:
The DAC operation is identical to mode 5 except
that DTR is always forced ON (except during
disconnect).
Call disconnection:
Disconnection is identical to mode 6.
