Operating voltage connection (X2)
The following are supplied with + 24 V DC via the operating
voltage connection (X2):
ć
the load voltage for field devices and proportional direcĆ
tional control valves pin 1 (24 L): + 24 V DC, tolerance
−5/+25Ă%
ć
the internal electronics of the SPC200, the connected
modules and measuring systems; pin 2 (24 V): + 24 V DC,
tolerance −5/+25Ă%.
Please note
Note that the tolerance of − 5 % to + 25 % for the supply
and load voltages must be observed for both circuits.
Please note
Check your Emergency stop circuit in order to ascertain the
measures necessary for switching your machine/system
into a safe state in the event of an Emergency stop
(e.g. switching off the load voltage, compressed air supply,
etc.).

Use cables with suitable cross−sectional area and length
for the supply cables (see also appendix C.2). The tolerĆ
ance of − 5 % to + 25 % for both circuits must also be obĆ
served directly at the operating voltage connection (X2)
of the SPC200.

Check the 24 V operating voltage of the outputs whilst
your system is operating. Make sure that the operating
voltage of the outputs lies within the permitted tolerĆ
ances even when the system is operating under full load.

If the distance between the power unit and the SPC200 is
more than one metre, provide two separate supply cables
for the load voltage and the logic supply starting at the
power unit.
