Description

Indirect tension control via the

drive torque with disturbance com-

pensation (friction, acceleration).

Closed-loop torque-controlled

mode with a higher-level trac-

tion control loop and distur-

bance compensation (friction,

acceleration). Actual value of

tensile force is detected via sen-

sor in web.

Closed-loop speed-controlled

mode with a higher-level traction

control loop and disturbance

compensation (friction, accelera-

tion). Actual value of tensile force

is detected via sensor in web.

Tension control via dancer. Speed-control-

led and position-controlled operation of

the drive. Further tasks of the dancer: de-

tection of the actual position. Web accu-

mulator for the compensation of

eccentricities of the reel (e.g. in the case of

unwinders) and discontinuities.

The tensile force is determined by the

upstream system. The winder acts as

master in the drive system and conveys

material at a constant circumferential

speed. Closed-loop control of the cir-

cumferential speed and speed.
