Replacing the Photoconductor

The photoconductor receives the print image before it is transferred to paper. To
ensure optimal quality, replace them every 30,000 copies.

If the following display appears, replace the photoconductor.

  

    

To check how many sheets you’ve printed, please refer the section titled
"Counters" (See page 131).

1. Lift up the operation panel.

2. Open the upper cover.

3. Remove the toner cassette.

Note: Do not shake the cassette,

or toner may spill out.
