Command

= 0x60 = "Read Segment Request" (request: read data block)

• Bit 4 = 0 (toggle bit)
Influence of the toggle bit to the request command

The individual blocks are toggled successively, i.e. first the request with command "0x60" is

effected (= 0110*0000
