5. Use the handles cut into the side of the top section of the box to lift it off the instrument
(Figure 2.3).
6. Remove the protective packaging from the instrument (Figure 2.3).

Note: Do not grasp the instrument by the top cover; damage to the instrument can result
from mishandling. Note the “No Lift” labels that hold the top cover in place.
7. Use the handles on the left and right rear of the instrument to lift it onto the benchtop
(Figure 2.4).
