For longer-term storage, any unused buffer can be stored at
–20°C and used within 6 months. Upon thawing, check for any
particulates, and if necessary, heat in a 37°C waterbath to
dissolve precipitates. Always refilter solutions through a 0.2 µm
filter if particulates are present.
