Important: It is important to orient the buffer bottles properly in the instrument; the graduated
marks on the buffer bottles are used to determine how much buffer is available for the
purification run, so you must be able to see them (Figure 6.14).
7. Close the Profinia lid to protect the buffer bottles and sipper tubes during operation
(Figure 6.15).
