POWER_REPORT_SIGNAL_ACTIVITY
Specifies whether the PowerPlay Power Analyzer should report the signal activities assumed for power
analysis, and the sources for those activities. Signal activity consists of both the static probability and the
toggle rate for the signals generated by the node or entity.
