AUTO_TURBO_BIT
Controls the speed vs. power usage trade-off for a macrocell. If the Turbo Bit is on, the macrocell's speed
increases; if it is off, its power consumption decreases; if you choose the 'Auto' setting, the Compiler
chooses the most appropriate setting for the design.
