INCREASE_TZX_DELAY_TO_OUTPUT_PIN
Supports zero bus-turnaround (ZBT) by increasing the propagation delay of the falling edge of the output
enable signal. This option allows a device to quickly release control and slowly take control of a bus.
Turning the Increase tzx Delay to Output Pin option on prevents bus contention between ZBT SRAM
devices. This option is ignored if it is applied to anything other than an output or bidirectional pin.
