T11_1_DELAY
Specifies the propagation delay for the ungated T11 delay cell. Use this advanced option only after you
have compiled a project, checked the I/O timing, and determined that the timing is unsatisfactory. For
more information about using this option, refer to the data sheet for the device family. The software
ignores this option if you apply this option to any pins other than an input or bidirectional pin.
