EXTENDS_TOP_BLOCK
Specifies a top-level block to extend. This currently instructs the fitter to use the post-map compiler
results from the given VLNV, and to override the original QSF settings with those given in the current
revision before running the fitter.

Notes
The value of this assignment is case sensitive.
