PARAMETER
Assigns an attribute that determines the logic created or used to implement the function, for example, the
width of a bus. Parameters are characteristics that determine the size, behavior, or silicon implementation
of a function. Parameter values are inherited from project defaults or higher hierarchical levels unless you
make explicit assignments to individual nodes. Parameters are also overridden by explicit logic synthesis
and fitting options.

Notes
The value of this assignment is case sensitive.
