CUT_OFF_IO_PIN_FEEDBACK
Cuts off feedback from I/O pins during timing analysis. Cutting off I/O pin feedback is especially useful
when a bidirectional pin is connected directly or indirectly to both the input and the output of a latch.
This type of feedback path is continuous because it is not interrupted by any clocked logic primitives.
