RZQ_GROUP
Specifies an RZQ pin name and an OCT to terminate the given pin. Using the same RZQ pin name
instructs the fitter to use the same OCT to terminate the group of pins

Notes
This assignment supports Fitter wildcards.
Syntax
set_instance_assignment -name RZQ_GROUP -to <to> -entity <entity name>
<value>
