PRE_MAPPING_RESYNTHESIS
Specifies that the Quartus II software should perform a resynthesis optimization step immediately before
technology mapping. The 'On' setting increases design performance; it will increase design clock speed
(fMAX) but may also slightly increase logic element usage and compilation time. The 'Off' selection
disables this optimization.
