USE_CONFIGURATION_DEVICE
Specifies that you intend to use a configuration device(s) such as the EPC2 as the means of configuring the
target device. This option directs the Compiler to create a Programmer Output File (.pof) for
programming the configuration device. If multiple configuration devices are needed, one POF is created
for each device, with names of the following format: name.pof, name_1.pof, name_2.pof, etc.
