DYNAMIC_OCT_CONTROL_GROUP
Assigns a dynamic termination control group number for the specified node. Turning on this option
directs the Fitter to view the specified nodes as a dynamic termination control group so as to place them
next to each other to share the termination control routing resource. This is only applicable for
bidirectional pins.

Notes
This assignment supports Fitter wildcards.
