ENABLE_NCONFIG_FROM_CORE
Enables the nCONFIG signal from the core. If this option is turned on, you can send the nCONFIG signal
from the core or the package pin to the control block to reconfigure the device. If this option is turned off,
the nCONFIG signal from the core is disabled and you can only send the nCONFIG signal from the
package pin to the control block.
